Job Description Responsibilities: Consolidate and summarize platform program updates to management team on a regular basis. Coordinate program common procedure sharing and optimization discussions with platform PMs and related functions. Provide support to R&amp;D lead on administration staffs, such as program information summary, meeting schedule, visit receptions, business trip booking etc. Support program managers to follow up program execution actions and summarize updates. Support program managers on material preparation tracking and program related documents release. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Engineering is preferred. Min 3 years' solid project management experience. With working experience in optical industry is highly preferred. Excellent English and communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills. Ability to work under stress. 福利：五险一金，周末双休，补充商业保险等。
